We want you to love your new statement piece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all wall art that doesn't perfectly complement your fireplace. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your home decor meets your vision.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Artwork

    Carefully repackage the art in its original protective padding and shipping box to prevent any damage to the canvas or frame during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring the original barcode is covered.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our gallery team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
